Nails Inc - Crackle Nail Polish

I seam to going on and on and on, about crackling nail polish, but almost every day, a new brand launches a crackling effect nail polish, and every time I see crackling nail polish, I fall more in love with it!!

At first I was like, hum, I do not like this effect, but now, I just want to buy some colours and see the different looks. Every brand has the basic black, and are now also introducing new colours, which I really love for the summer looks. Nails Inc has some great colours in their collection. My favourite is called Hoxon crackle nail polish which is a nice dark purple. 

Eu pareço não me calar com o effeito crackling, mas quase todos os dias, uma marca nova lança um verniz de efeito crackling, e cada vez que vejo vernizes crackling apaixono-me!!

Primeiro confesso que não gostava nada deste efeito nas unhas, mas agora, quero comprar alguns destes vernizes e tentar looks diferentes. Todas as marcas têm o preto, e algumas começão a introduzir cores diferentes, que realmente adoro especialmente para o Verão. A Nails Inc tem umas cores fantasticas na colecção deles. A minha perferida é o Hoxon Crackle que é um roxo escuro.

Models Own is the latest brand joining the Crackling effect nail polish, and with the craziest colours. They will be priced at £6 and the silver and black will be available from Boots from the 20th April, the other colours will only be available online at Models Own Website from April at modelsownit.com

China Glaze is set to launch a collection based on shattered nail polish effect, much like Katy Perry's Black Shatter for OPI. China Glaze Spring collection is both eye-popping and shimmering.

A China Glaze vai lançar uma colecção de vernizes baseada em verniz com cracks, como um dos vernizes da colecção da Katy Perryo Black Shatter para a OPI. A colecção da China Glaze é cintilante e brilhante.

This collection includes six crackling colours, which will look fun and edgy when mixed with other colours. The shades are, Black Mesh (Black Crackle), Lightening Bolt (White Crackle), Broken Hearted (Pink Crackle), Cracked Concrete (Grey Crackle), Crushed Candy (Teal Crackle) and Fault Line (Purple Crackle). To make sure you get the crackling effect you have to apply your chosen base colour first, and let it dry, before applying any of the crackling nail polishes.

I really like this collection, I'm gonna try and get some of these nail polishes and have fun with them!!

Katy Perry's Nail Polish Collection

Another celebrity launching a nail polish collection, but I have to say, Katy Perry's collaboration with OPI, is pretty good. I really like the colours, and I think that the effect that the Black Nail Polishes gives it's amazing.

Above is the effect that the Black Nail Polish gives, as when it dries, cracks and creates a cracked/leopard pattern when applied over dried nail lacquer. The Name of these Polishes is From the right: Last Friday Night, Not Like the Movies, The One That Got Away, Teenage Dream and Black Shatter. These will be available in the UK from January, and you can get them at Selfridges for £9.95.
