KKCenterHK False Eyelash review By Widdlesh

So back in January, I was contacted by Maggie of the website KKCenterHK to try out and do a review of eyelashes and wigs they carry. I'm not a wig person, so I opted for the eyelashes. They have a whole TON of eyelashes on the site, but they specifically wanted me to test out lashes from their ES brand.

Before I agreed to the review, I made sure to do some research, just to make sure it wasn't a scam. I'm glad to say it definitely isn't! There are a bunch of reviews from bloggers and youtubers alike, their website is pretty easy to navigate and VERY well stocked (the layout changed since I first looked at it, but it's all the same stuff), and payment is done securely through paypal.

On to the review!

So anyway, these are the lashes I chose:

The products came packaged like this, and took roughly over 2 weeks to get to me from Hong Kong, after being contacted.
I'm not sure if that's how long it takes to ship regularly, but if I were to be purchasing lashes from them, I don't think I'd mind the wait, since I don't really NEED false lashes, ya know?

They sent me 3 full sized boxes of the lashes (10 pairs) , which was a little surprising to me since other reviews Id seen for multiple lash sets featured little segments of like 2 pairs for each style, so I was VERY happy to get full size boxes without asking for them :DDDD
The backs of each box looks like this, with detailed explanations of how to apply and wear falsies. As you can see, the boxes themselves were a little damaged from shipping, but that didn't affect the lashes whatsoever.

Ok, on to the lash reviews! I wasn't able to take the best pics, but I did wear them out, so I can at least tell you my experience with how they wear.

First up: ES A004

They are secured in the box by the extra bit of lash band, pulled out of the last slot so you can see.

These lashes are synthetic, and as you can see, they're very dark black and have a little bit of that plastic-y sheen to them in person.

Sorry, but these pics are from hella long ago, so I don't remember what I was wearing here. @_@
Probably some mixture of gold and some grays and/or purples? But here you can really see how long the lashes are, and their criss cross pattern.

I only wore half a band (so one eyelash for both eyes!). After snipping of the little excess band that keeps them in the box, I cut the band right down the middle, which made them into nice looking little wispies.
Applying them however, was a little strange. Although there's a curve to the band, it doesn't really work with the eye. When I apply falsies, I make sure to bend the band a bit while waiting for the glue to dry so they apply easier, but that didn't help with these guys.
I also apply falsies AFTER I put on mascara, it's just my preference. But basically, because of how inflexible and rigid they were, they kinda sat on top of the curl of my lashes and stuck straight out a bit. It ended up looking pretty nice, but they were a real hassle to get on.
Out of the three, this was my least favorite. I haven't tried wearing a full band yet, but judging from how hard it was to put on half, it probably won't be any easier.

Next up: ES A10

These lashes are handmade and are glued to the box, much like how lashes are usually presented.

They're really soft and delicate, and still look natural-ish even though they're pretty darn long!

These are a lot more delicate than the A004 ones. I had to be pretty careful not to rip them off the box, or else the lashes would come off the band! :(

This was the look I wore for Valentines Day :)
I basically did a metallic red lid smoked out with a matte brown
I decided not to cut the lashes to fit my eyes, so I could see how a full band worked out. As you can see, I probably should've done that haha!

They looked and felt really nice, but if I had cut the band just a teensy bit, I wouldn't have had to cram it onto my eye, making them pretty obviously unnatural.
They come suuuuuuuper long! But as you can see, they can blend in to your own lashes really nicely if you cut them to size.
Boo! Blurry! But at least you can see how super thick and long it made my lashes! Definitely really liked these!

And Finally:
ES A222

These are secured to the box by the little gold stickers, which I actually like, because these lashes are EXTREMELY delicate, and the stickers helped reduce the chance of ruining them just by taking them outta the damn box!
These are also handmade, and are the most natural looking. The box I received seems to be a bit shorter than the ones on the website, but that's fine with me.

These lashes are incredibly soft and lightweight, and were the easiest for me to apply. I made the mistake of wearing a dark eye look when I put these one, so you couldn't really see them all that well. But knew they were there ;)

I really LOVE the way these lashes look. They're bold enough to really thicken your lashes, but they're not too over the top at the same time!

probably used that dark shimmery gray I made with some of MAC's espresso :)
I love how these lashes are really wispy and thin, but there are a bunch of hairs, so it's real thick and volumized!

Overall, I really liked how these lashes worked out, especially the handmade pairs. I'd definitely shop at this website in the future, there are TONS of things to choose from (including nail stuff, wigs and accessories), and the prices are pretty sweet!

*DISCLOSURE*
These products were sent to me for review by PR. I was not paid for this post, and I promise my review is based on my own honest opinion!
