Manly 48 Color Double Stack Review (M2105E-48) By Blovet Beauty Blog

Kkcenterhk sent me a Manly 48 Color Double Stack Eyeshadow Palette to review. I was actually pretty excited about testing this palette out because I bought the 120 Manly palette a long time ago and I lOVED it. However, due to serious old age issues, I had to throw it out and ever since then I’ve been left with my coastal scents 88 color palette ( not fond of  this) and metal mania palette ( love this ).
Clearly though, I find this 48 Color Double Stack eye shadow palette design a little cheesy to begin with. I am not a big fan of the packaging although it is sturdy and I much prefer the original 120 Manly Eye shadow palette ( picture below in case you are wondering).

SWATCHES:
It comes in 2 stackable layers. I prefer the bottom layer with the darker shades.
The eyeshadows feel chalky to the touch and I experience quite a bit of fall out.
LOOKBOOK:

Greens & Browns ( I mixed a lot of shades to get this green)


A Pop of Color ( Yellows, Blue, Pink, Purple)


Greytone ( Blacks and Browns)
Verdict:

Pros:

- Affordable Palette

- Light Colors are very pretty

- Bendable ( even with fingers)

- 48 colors to choose from

Cons:

- Very Chalky to the touch

- My eyes were irritated to the max because of all the fallout and chalk texture

- Purples, Corals and the skin tone shades are weakly pigmented

- Colors were not long lasting

Would I buy this palette? Nope. Honestly, kkcenterhk has a huge selection of Manly palettes and I love love love the 120 palette way more. Pigmentation rocks, colors are more vibrant, there are so many shades. I would pick up the 120 palette over the 48 double stack any day.
