First of all I was super excited when I opened this... It is full of super bright shadows and is not for the neutral type of girl. The palette is from the site above and is $12.86 for Manly 21 Color Eye Shadow Palette,# M2107-02.
PROS:
- Great shipping- this came with none of them broken and was super taped and bubble wrapped!
- Sleek Palette that isn't bulky; nice and thin
- SUPER PIGMENTED! WOW! I was super impressed... I did all the swatches with no primer or base.
- Bright fun colors plus basic neutral,white,black and brown.
- Matte and Shimmer finishes
- Super affordable this palette is $12.86 for 21 shadows!!!!
- Nice and smooth... the gold is the only one that is kind of chunky.
- I really have NO con's but that depends on your preference...maybe if
- You don't like mattes or shimmers since it brings both...
- If you don't like bright fun colors.

The price and the quality is awesome!
I love this palette a lot and can't wait to create lots of fun bright eye looks.

Now on to the swatches:
*Again all theses swatches are without a primer or base... yes they are that pigmented!
All the colors are the same as in the pic...
except for the ones that look red are really orange on the left hand side...
I tried different lighting but it always comes up looking reddish.

1st row down:
matte white, shimmer silver and shimmer gold
2nd row down:
matte bright yellow, shimmer orange, matte orange
3rd row: shimmer green, matte bright green, matte green
4th row:
shimmer light blue, shimmer brighter blue ( but is the same as the other light one when swatched)
matte turquoise blue
5th row: shimmer purple, shimmer pink, matte hot pink
6th row: matte dark purple, shimmer light coral/orange, matte red orange
7th row: matte toffee neutral, matte brown, matte black
